Tallyrow / 75-day record

Make your own 75‑day challenge tracker

Fill in up to five rules, optionally add a start date, and print a two-page sheet you can mark by hand. This page is for making that sheet, not for keeping a 75-day log in the browser after you leave.

It is not an official program and it does not prescribe diet, training, or a weight outcome.

Write up to five rules you can tick tonight. Examples: Read 10 pages. Tidy the desk for 10 minutes. Write one sentence.

Leave blank to print Day 1–75 without calendar dates. Dates from 1 January 1900 to 31 December 2100.

Entries stay in this page’s memory. Reloading or leaving clears them. Print the sheet to keep a copy.

Two pages · days 1–36 and 37–75 · A4 or Letter portrait

Write at least one rule to open the 75-day grid.

Use the form, then print the sheet

Rule 1 through Rule 5 are short lines you can tick done or not. Use one rule or five. Start date is optional. Leave it blank to print Day 1–Day 75 without calendar dates. Fill it if you want a date beside each day.

Print two-page sheet opens your browser’s print dialog with the headers, 75 day rows, and a blank notes column to write on later. Choose A4 or US Letter, portrait. The rest of the website does not print. Those two pages are the whole sheet.

Reloading or leaving this page clears the rules and ticks. Print the sheet if you want a copy that remains.

Load example fills three fictional rules and the start date 3 September 2026. It does not mark any days done. Replace the lines. They are not a recommended program.

Write rules you can tick

A useful line is something you can mark done or not in your own words. Five is the maximum so the printed columns stay wide enough to write in.

These are recording examples, not instructions to live by:

Example ruleWhy it fits a tick box
Read 10 pagesYou can say whether the pages were read
Tidy the desk for 10 minutesYou can say whether the time was spent
Write one sentenceYou can say whether the sentence exists

75 Soft is a name people use for a 75-day personal contract. The Tallyrow phone app includes a preset with that name. That preset only pre-fills editable lines; those lines are not a unique official rule set. This page does not install that list. You write the lines here.

If none of the five lines has text yet, the 75-day grid stays closed. Type a rule in any of Rule 1 through Rule 5 to open it.

Count Day 1 as the start date

If you enter a start date, Day 1 is that date. Day 75 is 74 calendar days later, not 75 days later and not “about eleven weeks.” For the example date 3 September 2026, Day 75 is 16 November 2026. Both dates are included in the 75.

Start dates must fall on 1 January 1900 through 31 December 2100. Day 75 may land in 2101. Years such as 0000, 0099, or 9999 are outside that range.

The 75-day date calculator prints the full list, including weekdays, leap days, and year boundaries. This tracker uses the same calendar-day count. It does not count hours. Where clocks change, 7 March to 10 March is still three calendar days, so a shorter or longer clock day does not add a Day 76.

A blank start date prints 75 numbered rows with the date column empty. Write dates by hand later if you want them.

A date that is filled in but not a real calendar day, or that sits outside 1900–2100, is rejected. The typed value stays in the field. Dates are not filled in, and printing is blocked, until you enter a date in range or clear the field.

Print two pages, not one

Seventy-five days with five tick columns and a handwriting notes column will not keep writing space on a single Letter or A4 page. This sheet is two portrait pages, and that is the complete record:

  • Page 1: a blank Name line to write on, start date, last day, the full rule list, days 1–36
  • Page 2: the same title, another blank Name line, the same dates, days 37–75

Each row is one day: number, date (if you entered a valid one), five check boxes headed Rule 1 through Rule 5, and a blank notes cell. Match the numbered columns to the rule list on page 1. The notes column is for a few handwritten words after you print, not a journal kept in the browser. If a printer clips the last rows, check that scale is 100% and orientation is portrait. Background colours are not required; the sheet is dark lines on white.

Check the day you actually finished

Tick a rule when that day’s line is done, not when you intend to do it tomorrow. After you print, the Notes column is a blank to write a few words by hand.

This sheet does not restart itself. If you miss 14 September, leave that row’s boxes open or write “missed” in the notes cell on paper. The Tallyrow app is different: there you choose strict (an unfinished day starts the row at Day 1 again) or lenient (one skip is a gap; two unfinished days in a row restart it). When you open the app again, it applies the missed-day rule you picked. Those checks do not run on this paper.

A day with no rules named is not a completed day. Type at least one of Rule 1 through Rule 5 before you treat a row as finished.

If you stop mid-challenge, write the last finished day and the next action in that row’s notes cell on the printed pages, and keep both pages together.

This printed sheet is not the Tallyrow app

This website template is free. The Tallyrow app is a separate product and requires paid access. It stores the row on the phone, can run 3–8 rules and 7–100 days, can take an optional progress photo, and can apply the missed-day rule you picked. None of that happens here.

See the product page for current availability. This page only prints a sheet; it does not export an app backup.

If you want the dates without the check grid, use the 75-day date calculator. Website analytics are described in the privacy policy.
