Using Tallyrow means you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

1. What Tallyrow is

Tallyrow is a 75-day self-discipline challenge tracker. You pick a template: 75 Soft, 75-day reset, Winter Arc, or custom. You check off the day's rules and keep optional progress photos. It does not give diet, fitness or health advice.

Store name: Tallyrow.

2. Who sells what

• WaveApp LLC makes Tallyrow and licenses it to you.
• The Apple App Store or Google Play sells Pro and is the merchant for that payment. Payment, tax, renewal and refunds follow the store's rules; see the refund page.

3. Your licence

You may install and use Tallyrow on devices you control, for your own challenges. There is no account in this version; you are still responsible for use on the device. You must not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app, with store billing or with anyone else's device, and you must not use it to break the law. You must not present Tallyrow as diet, fitness, medical or weight-loss advice. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live.

4. Your content

• Everything you record stays yours. We claim no rights in it.
• Your challenges, checks and photos stay on your device. See the privacy page.
• You must have the right to put the content into the app, including photos you take or pick.
• If a subscription lapses, your records stay on the device and export stays free. The rest of the app stays behind the wall until you restore or buy again.

5. Paying

• There is no free tier. Pro is the whole product.
• Pro costs $39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial, or $7.99 per week with no trial. The yearly plan is preselected.
• The renewal price and date are shown before a trial starts, and the price on the store's checkout screen, in your currency, is the one that counts.
• A subscription renews under the store's rules until you cancel it there. Cancel through Settings → Manage subscription. Restore purchase runs off the store receipt.

6. Changes and availability

We will change features and prices only across releases, never inside one. We do not promise that the app is free of defects or always available.

7. Ending

You can stop using Tallyrow at any time, export your data and run Delete everything. A purchase you already made stays with the store under its rules. If you seriously break these terms or abuse billing, we can stop updates or support.

8. Warranty

Tallyrow is provided as is. It tracks rules you chose. It is not medical, diet, fitness, legal or professional advice. Where the law gives you a warranty we cannot exclude, that warranty stands.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, WaveApp LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for anything connected to Tallyrow is limited to what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, as recorded by the store. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.

10. Law and disputes

These terms follow the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections and courts of the place where you live still apply. Write to hello@tallyrow.app first; most problems are settled by email.

11. Changes to these terms

We will tell you about a material change in the app's update notes before it takes effect. If one clause cannot be enforced, the rest stand.
